When teaching a systematic approach to problem-solving (like dispute resolution), expect that learners will internalize and apply the method successfully even if they can't articulate it back to you or credit the source. This isn't a failure of teaching — it's actually a sign the method works. People are more likely to use and trust a strategy they feel they've discovered or own themselves, rather than one they feel was handed to them. If your goal is impact (problems solved) rather than attribution, this is the right outcome. If you need credit or want to scale the method formally, you'll need a different distribution strategy — documentation, certification, or a platform where the method is named and tracked.
